An exchange order uses details needed to process the transaction, such as the sending and receiving assets, networks, amounts, wallet addresses, order reference and transaction status. If you contact support, your message and any information you choose to submit are associated with the request. Additional information may be requested when an order requires review under the AML Policy.
Why Information Is Used
Order information is used to provide a quote, process and track the exchange, investigate payment issues and respond to support requests. Where applicable, information is also used to protect the service from abuse and meet legal obligations. Do not provide a recovery phrase, private key or other wallet credential to the service.
Sharing and Blockchain Records
Information needed to complete an exchange may be shared with the providers involved in quoting, processing or delivering it. Other disclosures may be necessary to operate the site, resolve a support issue or comply with a valid legal obligation. Information recorded on a blockchain is governed by that network and cannot be removed by deleting an order record from the site.
Storage and Privacy Requests
Information is retained as needed to process the order, resolve disputes or support cases, and meet applicable obligations. Depending on the law that applies, you may be entitled to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to or restrict certain uses. Use the site's support channel for a privacy request. Provide only the information needed to identify the request securely.
