These terms explain the conditions for using the crypto-to-crypto exchange on exchangexmr.io. Review the details shown for your specific order before sending funds.
Quotes and Order Instructions
A quote relates to the selected assets, networks and amount. Review the amount to send, the receiving amount and any fees disclosed before creating an order. If a fixed rate is offered, its validity depends on the deadline and funding conditions shown with that quote. A floating estimate may change before the exchange is executed.
Use only the payment details displayed for the order you are funding. Do not reuse a deposit address from an earlier order. Check the receiving address and any memo or tag required by your destination platform.
Deposits and Payouts
Send the exact requested asset and amount over the specified network. Processing begins when the deposit is recognized and meets the order’s confirmation requirements. Network congestion and operational checks can affect when a payout is sent.
A payout is sent to the receiving details you supplied. Before paying, check the complete address and the network. A completed blockchain transfer cannot be recalled through the exchange interface.
Delayed or Incorrect Deposits
If you sent the wrong amount, used a different network or paid after the order expired, contact support before sending anything else. Provide the order ID, sending asset, network, amount and transaction hash. Whether recovery or return is possible depends on the asset, network, transaction status and applicable checks. Ask support what can be recovered and what costs apply before agreeing to a recovery option.
If you have not sent funds, you can leave an order unpaid and request a fresh quote later. Once a transfer is broadcast, closing the page does not cancel it.
Permitted Use and Checks
Use the service only where you are permitted to do so and only for assets you are entitled to exchange. Do not use the service for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or other prohibited activity. An order may be reviewed under the AML Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how information associated with use of the site and an order is handled.
Order Support
Use the support option associated with the order to report an issue. Keep your order details and transaction records until the exchange or any support request is resolved. Never send a recovery phrase or private key in a support message.
